Refund policy

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased items unless defective. 

We recommend reading all of the product information provided before purchasing a product. If you have any questions about any of our products you can contact our customer service department by using the “Contact Us” tab at the top of the page.

Items will be tested prior to shipment/pickup unless packaging is hermetically sealed. In these cases, a manufacturer warranty must be used for any exchanges/returns with said manufacturer."However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the “Contact Us” tab at the top of the page) within 24 hours of receipt.

In the case of motorized products, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list.

Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement.

If we do not have additional stock of the item, you ordered we will give you the option to pick another item for the same value or more.

If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Items that qualify for a return must be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.

NOTICE

Do not leave batteries in the vibrator between uses. If the vibrator fails to operate, check all batteries, their position in the battery compartment, and the metal spring clips which hold the batteries in place.
