Shipping policy

International Orders

Credit Cards or Bank Wires are required on all International Purchases. We verify the authenticity of all cardholders, and you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number along with the security code on the back of the credit card.

Processing of international orders will not begin until verification is made. In some cases, orders may be held for up to 15 days while information is verified. Prices are given in U.S. Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or Credit Card Company. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared. Over-night delivery is available with Federal Express or DHL. Some merchandise, because of its overweight status may require additional shipping charges.

Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer and we have no control over any fees customs might charge you. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country and the limitation for products shipped due to images, ingredients, or by-products. Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order. Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit can be issued. We have no control over how many days “customs” in your country might hold the package for inspection. We do not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government.
